The operators: intake that answers in seconds, follow-up that does not quietly stop, reporting that assembles itself. Model selection, prompt architecture, evaluation, and the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether any of it holds up on a Tuesday afternoon with real customers on the line.
Every site we ship is designed from scratch rather than bought as a theme, which is most of why clients pick us. You own the interface and the visual system, working in the browser and close enough to the code that what you draw is what ships.
