Careers.

We hire ahead of demand rather than behind it. Nothing on this page is urgent, and that is the point: we would rather meet the right closer, setter or engineer months before the seat exists than post a role the week it becomes a problem and take whoever answers first.

Sales

Closer

Closed in the thousands, over the phone, and held the price.

You take booked calls with owners of service businesses and turn them into signed builds. The setting is done for you and so is the hard part of the pitch: every call opens on a concept of their site that we have already built. Your job is the conversation after that, including the money.

Setter

A full day of dials where the last one still lands.

You find the owners worth talking to and get them onto the calendar. Phone and email, working from lists we build and research we hand you, into markets we have already picked. Volume matters here, but a booked call with the wrong person costs more than an empty slot.

Engineering

Software engineer

Something in production, and the parts you would now rebuild.

Full stack, and always on client systems, never internal tooling. React and TypeScript at the front, Node and Postgres behind it, and the integrations that connect a booking engine and an admin dashboard to whatever the business is already running. What you build gets handed over and owned by the client, so it has to survive without you.

AI and automation engineer

An agent that ran unattended, and exactly how it failed.

The operators: intake that answers in seconds, follow-up that does not quietly stop, reporting that assembles itself. Model selection, prompt architecture, evaluation, and the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether any of it holds up on a Tuesday afternoon with real customers on the line.

Design

Designer

A portfolio that did not come out of a template.

Every site we ship is designed from scratch rather than bought as a theme, which is most of why clients pick us. You own the interface and the visual system, working in the browser and close enough to the code that what you draw is what ships.

Before you write

Everyone works remote
There is no office to come into and no plan to open one. Sales runs on a phone and a calendar; engineering and design run on a repository. What matters is overlap with the people you work beside, not a timezone we approve of.
The sales roles are commission only
Closer and Setter carry no base and no draw. That is on each role page above the description rather than in the small print, and you acknowledge it before you can submit. Engineering and design are not commission; those terms are set per engagement and agreed in writing before anyone starts.
A slow reply is not a no
These seats are an expansion. We read everything that comes in and keep it, and we come back to people months later when the work that suits them exists. If you would rather not wait, say so in your note and we will tell you plainly where you stand.

Apply

Open the role you want. Each one has its own application, because what we need to know about a closer and what we need to know about an engineer are not the same questions.

If none of these is quite what you do and you think we are missing it, write to [email protected] and say so.
