The website, and the system behind it.

Custom sites for barbershops, salons, med spas, clinics, and home services, wired to the booking, follow-up, and customer database behind them. Book a call and we build a concept of your site before we speak, so you spend the thirty minutes looking at real work, not a pitch.

Four things, built to work together.

Most businesses buy these separately from four vendors who never speak, then spend the year making them agree. We build them as one system.

The website

Designed and built from scratch, not bought as a theme. Fast on a phone, structured to rank, and wired so every path ends in a booking or a call.

Website development

The system behind it

The database of customers and jobs, the booking engine, the admin dashboard, and the integrations to whatever you already run. Owned by you, exportable at any time.

Backend and databases

Getting found

Technical SEO, Google Business Profile, category and service alignment, location pages, and review requests that fire automatically when a job is done.

Local search and MEO

The work that runs itself

Instant lead response, quote chasing, reminders, reactivation, and at the top level one AI agent scoped to a real workflow with a human escalation path.

Automation and AI agents

We would rather show you a site we replaced than a logo you cannot verify.

Four real businesses. Their site on the left, ours on the right, both open right now so you can check either one. The panels scroll the whole page, because the difference is not in the first screen. Every line under them is something we measured, not something we thought.

Then we go one further. Book a call and we build a concept of your site before we speak, so you spend the thirty minutes reacting to something real instead of listening to promises.

Magic Cuts

Barbershop, Dublin OH
Beforewhat they have today
The site the shop has today, scrolled top to bottom
Afterwhat we built
The build we delivered, scrolled top to bottom
  • A generic AI template, not built for this shop
  • Customer bookings can be pulled up with nothing but a first and last name
  • Stock, copyright-free photography that could belong to any barbershop
  • No admin panel the owner can run the shop from
  • No agent answering questions or taking bookings
  • Three booking buttons in the first screen, going to two different places
  • No review, rating or star anywhere on the page
  • 1,569 characters of copy on the entire homepage
  • No typeface chosen, the page renders in the system default
  • Prices only appear once you have already started a booking
  • www.magicutsalon.com returns a 404
  • Built from scratch for this shop, not a theme with the name swapped
  • Bookings sit behind real accounts, not a name lookup
  • The shop's own photography, its barbers, and customers' own haircut photos
  • An owner dashboard and a separate barber portal
  • An agent that answers, qualifies and books, with every action logged
  • One booking action, five steps, no dead ends
  • Twelve real Google reviews with the customers' own photos
  • Full price list readable without starting anything
  • Typeset in Big Shoulders and Archivo, drawn to the shop
  • BBB and the 4.9 rating sitting directly above the service menu
  • Apex and www both resolve, tested

The owner can see the day's book, the barbers can see their own chair, and a customer can read a real review and pay a deposit without calling anyone.

Emerald Aesthetics

Med spa, Dublin OH
Beforewhat they have today
emeraldohio.com as it stands today, scrolled top to bottom
Afterwhat we built
The concept we built for them, scrolled top to bottom
  • The page builder's default placeholder, Add Your Heading Text Here, is still sitting in the live footer
  • Schedule your consultion today. That typo is in the call to action, on the homepage, right now
  • No h1 anywhere on the page. Nothing tells Google what the site is about
  • The title tag is two words, Emerald Aesthetics. No treatment, no city
  • No meta description and no share image, so the link pastes as a bare URL
  • 1,398 characters of copy on the whole homepage. 216 words
  • 5.0 across 303 real Google reviews, and the words Google, review and rating appear nowhere on the page
  • Not one tappable phone number on a clinic's website
  • No form of any kind. Every route off the page hands the visitor to Zenoti
  • Four images on the entire page, none of them with alt text
  • Four typefaces at once: Open Sans, Open Sans Hebrew, Playfair Display and Roboto
  • An Elementor page builder pulling 158 requests from 13 outside hosts
  • On a phone the page overflows by 51px and 34 elements sit off-screen
  • One h1, and a title that names the treatments and the city
  • A meta description and a share card, so the link renders when it is pasted
  • 12,552 characters of copy, nine times what the old page carries
  • The real 5.0 and all 303 Google reviews on the page, nine reviewers with their own avatars saved locally
  • Six tappable phone links, and the number in the header at every width
  • A four-step booking flow: treatment, provider, date, details, with the real providers
  • It says request, not confirmed, because there is no read access to their Zenoti calendar. Inventing slots is how people show up to nothing
  • Two typefaces, Gambetta and Switzer, self-hosted so no font is fetched from Google
  • A+ BBB rating shown as a plain wordmark, not the seal. They are A+ but not accredited, and the seal is licensed to accredited businesses only
  • Thirteen providers with real headshots, and their own before and after pairs on a slider

A patient can read a real review, see who is holding the needle, and get a request in front of the clinic without being handed to a third-party booking portal in the first click.

Northern KY Roofing

Roofing, siding and gutters, Florence KY
Beforewhat they have today
The site the company has today, scrolled top to bottom
Afterwhat we built
The concept we built for them, scrolled top to bottom
  • Their own company name is misspelled on their own site. The about section is headed NOTHERN KY ROOFING
  • Outstanding Costumer Services, in the list of reasons to choose them
  • 293 real Google reviews at 4.9, and not one of them appears on the website
  • The company name is cut off on every screen. The headline starts 154px off the left edge at 1440, 234px off at 1280
  • On a phone the page overflows by 590px and 286 elements sit off-screen
  • A Wix template with hot pink over a roofing company
  • Four unrelated typefaces on one page: Arial, Syne, Questrial and Avenir
  • The only call to action is a phone number. No estimate form above the fold, no online booking
  • No share image, so the link previews as a blank card
  • 96 images carrying 4,377 characters of copy across an 11,000px page
  • The 4.9 and all 293 reviews pulled onto the page, above the service list
  • Nothing clipped at any width, verified at 1440, 1280 and 390
  • Zero horizontal overflow on a phone, tested
  • Built for the trade, not a template with the colours changed
  • Two typefaces, Oswald and Public Sans, chosen for the trade
  • Free inspection booking in the hero, phone equally weighted next to it
  • A share card that renders the brand when the link is pasted anywhere
  • A storm claim path, priced scope table and project gallery

A homeowner whose roof just came off in a storm can see the rating, book an inspection and understand the claim process without picking up the phone.

Panda Roof

Metal and shingle roofing, Big Prairie OH
Beforewhat they have today
pandaroofing.com as it stands today, scrolled top to bottom
Afterwhat we built
The concept we built for them, scrolled top to bottom
  • The title tag is empty. The browser tab and the Google result have no words in them
  • Twelve h1 elements on one page. Five of them are a single emoji: a star, a shield, a trophy, a lightning bolt, a wrench
  • The two real headlines run 102 and 106 characters and say nearly the same thing
  • Nine typefaces at once, including Times New Roman
  • 35 images, not one with a width or height, so the page shifts under you as it loads
  • Three different phone numbers across the tap-to-call links
  • Eight calls to action pointing at three different destinations
  • No meta description, no share image, no canonical
  • 134 requests from 14 outside hosts, one of which is a Google font that 404s
  • An 11,000px page to get through
  • A title that names the material, the trade and the town, and a meta description with the counties in it
  • One h1, forty characters, and every heading below it a real heading
  • Two typefaces, Bowlby One and Be Vietnam Pro, picked by rendering nine candidates against their own logo
  • Twenty images, every single one with alt text
  • One phone number, seven places to tap it
  • Sixteen of their real Google reviews in two drifting lanes, every quote and name verbatim from their own feed
  • The metal versus asphalt answer pulled up out of the FAQ accordion their site buries it in
  • A free inspection form on the page instead of a handoff to a third-party quote widget
  • Verified at 3200, 1440 and 390, with no horizontal drag at any of them

A homeowner comparing metal against asphalt gets the honest answer Panda Roof already gives, on the first screen instead of eleven thousand pixels down, and can book an inspection without leaving for another company's tool.

Any of this sound like your week?

None of these are software problems on their own. Together they are the reason a busy business still has gaps in the calendar. We work with barbershops, salons, med spas, aesthetic clinics, and home services, where one missed lead is a real invoice.

We do not ask for belief. We show you the build.

It starts before you have paid anything. We build a concept of your site, walk you through it on the call, and you decide the direction from there.

Cheaper exists. It costs more later.

A template on a subscription is a real product and for some businesses it is enough. These are the four places that decision costs you later, and they are the reason our price is not the lowest one you will be quoted.

Your customer list

Rented: it lives in the vendor's schema. The export comes back as unlinked tables with attachments stripped, so the cost of leaving rises every month you stay.

Owned: a standard relational database you can export in full, in a form that is still usable, whenever you want it.

The code

Rented: a purchased theme plus plugins you did not write and cannot audit, which is where most small-business compromises begin.

Owned: written for your business, reviewed before launch, and the only code running is code that is there for a reason.

What it costs at scale

Rented: per seat as you hire, per task as volume grows, and a tier upgrade every time you need one more feature.

Owned: a fixed build and a flat monthly plan. Growth does not reprice the system underneath you.

What happens when it breaks

Rented: a support queue, and no ability to change the behaviour that is costing you bookings.

Owned: monitored after launch, and anything that is wrong can actually be fixed.

Find out what this would take for your business.

Thirty minutes, and we do the work before it starts. We build a concept of your site ahead of the call and walk you through it live, so you are reacting to something real and telling us what to change.

  • A built concept of your actual site, not a slide deck
  • You direct it: keep, change, or throw out anything
  • Scope, timeline, and which level fits, in plain numbers
  • If it is not a fit, we say so on the call
