Buy the roof once.

Asphalt is the common choice and there is nothing wrong with it. Standing seam metal costs more up front and lasts more than twice as long. We install both, and we will help you choose on budget, home style and how long you plan to stay.

Not sure you need either yet? Under 15 years old with damage in one spot is usually a repair. Past 20 years, multiple problem areas, or heavy granule loss, and replacing costs less over time. We do not push a replacement when a repair will do the job.

Home of the Lifetime Roof

If something goes wrong after we leave, we come back and fix it.

Two warranties, not one

Every replacement carries the CertainTeed manufacturer's material warranty and the Panda Roof workmanship warranty on top of it. Materials and labor are both covered.

Skylights included

Every skylight we install comes with a full leak free installation warranty. Replacing them while the crew is already up there costs almost nothing in labor and removes the most common source of post replacement leaks.

No questions asked

You do not have to prove anything to us or chase a claim through a manufacturer. You call the same number you called the first time and we come out.

  1. 2:14am

    A person answers

Not a voicemail and not a call center in another state. Someone who can put you on the schedule.

  2. Same day

    On the roof

Photographed top to bottom. If it is actively coming in, the tarp goes on before we leave.

  3. Before we go

    An honest recommendation

If a repair will do the job we say so, and you get a realistic timeline before we start.

  4. One day

    Roof on

Most residential replacements go on in a single day. Larger homes and metal systems run two to three.

  5. Before dark

    Yard swept

Every nail magnetted, gutters cleared, dumpster gone. You should not be able to tell we were here except by looking up.

Emergency tarp installed over storm damage on an Ohio roof

Most claims get underpaid because of the paperwork.

Ohio policies cover hail, wind and storm damage. They do not cover normal wear and aging, and the difference between those two things is decided by how the damage gets documented on the day.

Questions Ohio homeowners actually ask.

Still not answered? Call (330) 542-4200 and ask a person.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

If your roof is under 15 years old and the damage is isolated to one area, repair is usually the right call. If it is 20 or more years old, has multiple problem areas, or has lost significant granule coverage, replacement is almost always more cost effective long term. We give you an honest recommendation after the inspection, and we do not push replacements when a repair will do the job.

Does my homeowner's insurance cover roof replacement in Ohio?

Most Ohio policies cover roof damage caused by hail, wind and storm events, but not normal wear and aging. After a major storm you typically have one to two years to file a claim. We help you document the damage correctly so your claim does not get underpaid or denied, and we have worked with every major insurer operating in Ohio.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential replacements are completed in a single day. Larger homes, complex roof lines or metal roofing systems may take two to three days. We give you a realistic timeline before we start and stick to it. You do not need to be home during the installation.

What is the difference between asphalt shingles and metal roofing?

Asphalt shingles are the most common choice: cost effective, available in many styles and colors, and they last 25 to 30 years with CertainTeed products. Metal roofing costs more up front but lasts 40 to 70 years, is highly resistant to Ohio hail and ice dams, and can reduce energy costs. We install both and will help you choose based on your budget, home style and long term goals.

Do you serve my area in Northeast or Central Ohio?

We serve Wayne, Holmes, Ashland, Medina, Stark, Coshocton and Richland counties, plus the surrounding area. Our service area runs from Columbus to Cleveland. If you are not sure whether we cover you, call (330) 542-4200 and we will tell you right away.

Should I replace my skylights when I replace my roof?

If your skylights are 10 or more years old, yes. The labor cost is minimal when the crew is already on the roof, and you avoid the most common source of post replacement leaks. Every skylight we install comes with a full leak free installation warranty.

What warranty do you offer?

Every replacement comes with two layers of protection: the CertainTeed manufacturer's material warranty and our own workmanship warranty. If something goes wrong after we leave, we come back and fix it, no questions asked.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We have flexible financing options so a roof that needs doing now does not have to wait. Call and we will walk you through what is available for your situation.

Cleveland to Columbus.

If you are inside these seven counties we are on your roof the same day you call.
